On orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, Eve’s Apples will ship as soon as possible, pending all items are in stock and credit approval.
All "in-stock" orders received Monday - Friday, before 12:00 p.m. E.S.T. will be shipped as soon as possible. In-stock orders received after 12:00 p.m. E.S.T. will be shipped the next business day or as soon as possible. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays will ship on the next business day or as soon as possible. Please be aware that delivery times may be delayed due inclement weather. All orders will ship within 3 business days or the customer will be notified of the delay.
Eve’s Apples uses United States Postal Service (USPS) for all ground shipments, and United Parcel Service (UPS) for Second Day Air and Next Day Air. However, we reserve the right to use different carriers if needed.

*These are our minimum shipping charges. If the weight or distance of a shipment causes its shipping cost to exceed these rates, you will be charged the actual shipping rate of the package. Your actual shipping charges will be reflected during checkout.
Sales tax is charged according to your state regulations.
Eve’s Apples gift receipts are quite similar to our normal receipts with the exception that they do not contain pricing information. Please be aware that the order confirmation email does contain pricing information regardless of the type of receipts accompanying the shipment.
If an item is back-ordered, we will inform you of the back-ordered item(s). We ship back-ordered items as they become available. Back-ordered items from your order will be grouped and shipped together when it is reasonable to do so. You will only be charged for items when shipped. Back-ordered items will be shipped via UPS Ground or United States Postal Service. In the event of multiple shipments you will not be charged more than your original shipping quote. You will be notified via email if one or more items are going to be delayed beyond the original target date.
If shipping by UPS, your email will contain a UPS tracking number you may use to track your order. In order to receive this information, make sure to enter your email address upon checkout.
Domestic & International Shipping
We ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to Canada and select international countries. All international orders will ship via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. International customers will be contacted for correct shipping amounts after order is placed if cost differs from what is quoted. Due to brand agreements, some products are only available for US Domestic shipping. Please see product pages for items that ship exclusively in the USA
For all international shipments, customers are responsible for paying any customs or import duties. We do not have information regarding duties so please contact your local customs office.
