On orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, Eve’s Apples will ship as soon as possible, pending all items are in stock and credit approval.
All "in-stock" orders received Monday - Friday, before 1:00 p.m. P.S.T. will ship the same day. In-stock orders received after 1:00 p.m. P.S.T. will be shipped the next business day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays will ship on the next business day. All orders will ship within 3 business days or the customer will be notified of the delay.
Eve’s Apples ships orders via United Parcel Service (UPS), which offers Ground, Second Day Air and Next Day Air. However, we reserve the right to use different carriers if needed.

*These are our minimum shipping charges. If the weight or distance of a shipment causes its shipping cost to exceed these rates, you will be charged the actual shipping rate of the package. Your actual shipping charges will be reflected during checkout.

Gift Invoices
Eve’s Apples gift invoices are quite similar to our normal invoices with the exception that they do not contain pricing information. Please be aware that the order confirmation email does contain pricing information regardless of the type of invoice accompanying the shipment.
Backorder
If an item is back-ordered, we will inform you of the back-ordered item(s). We ship back-ordered items as they become available. Back-ordered items from your order will be grouped and shipped together when it is reasonable to do so. You will only be charged for items when shipped. Back-ordered items will be shipped via UPS Ground or United States Postal Service. In the event of multiple shipments you will not be charged more than your original shipping quote. You will be notified via email if one or more items are going to be delayed beyond the original target date.
Order Tracking
Your email will contain a UPS tracking number you may use to track your order.
Domestic & International Shipping
We ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to Canada and select international countries.
For all international shipments, customers are responsible for paying any customs or import duties. We do not have information regarding duties so please contact your local customs office.
