Help Canceling

To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible via email (customerservice@evesappleslingerie.com). Since our goal to fulfill your order as fast as possible, many orders ship within 24 hours, therefore it isn’t possible to stop all shipments. Customer is responsible for shipping fees in these situations.

We recommend contacting us as soon as the customer knows a cancellation or change needs to take place.

If items have already been shipped, the customer is responsible for returning the items, post marked within 21days from the original online purchase date to receive a refund on full price items. If this is the case, please see the return policy for additional information.
