To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible via email (customerservice@evesappleslingerie.com). Since our goal to fulfill your order as fast as possible, many orders ship within 24 hours, therefore it isn’t possible to stop all shipments. Customer is responsible for shipping fees in these situations.
We recommend contacting us as soon as the customer knows a cancellation or change needs to take place.
